Phillies World Series

Last night I was at dance, and my dance teacher told us that since it was a the world series that she would let us out early. My sister and I walked through the door and turned on the TV to see the final pitch of the world series! It was amazing!! My sister started to scream and call all her friends. It was exciting to see the final pitch that lead us to win the world series. It was depressing that I couldn't watch more, but I was lucky enough to watch us win!!

Conscious

I began my normal jog on a sunny afternoon. I put my headphones on and began to run. My feet made a constant pace with the music. It was silent out; it was just my music and me. I love to run, it clears my mind, and it gives me time to ponder about things. Many of times it stupid thing like what homework do I still have to do, or what is going on the rest of the day. I turn the corner of the street and begin down another road. I see all the cars race by me. I hate this road it’s always busy with cars. I continue to run, my feet hitting the road hard on each step I take.
I started to sprint, faster and faster. Then I began to fall, closer the ground came, I didn’t have enough time to react. I hit the hard ground, I look up and all the colors began to swirl around, it became black. I couldn’t even hear what people were saying, everything seemed to mumble together until there was nothing, nothing but silence and darkness.
My eyes began little by little opening up for me to see a hospital room and my parents running through the door.
“Oh My Goodness, Sarah are you okay? What happened? “ Mom began to say to me.
I looked around at my hands and saw needles and things running in my arms.
“I think I’m okay, I don’t really remember anything but falling.”
“That’s normal, now Sarah you need some rest. I’m going take your parents outside,” the doctor said.
When they came back in I as told I was knocked out conscious and I can go home tomorrow. I nodded and fell asleep.

Freewrite

Last night was a very late night. I saw a little of the game, but not much because of all homework I had. It's exciting to hear that the Phillies won the game. I'm not a baseball fan at all, but I had to watch at least a minute of the game since we are i the World Series. It was exciting news when I got up this morning and heard that the Phillies won. Only 3 more and they will win it all!!

Outside The Box

It's to be more creative, its to take something to the extreme. The saying means that it's new and it has never been done before. You can take anything to take outside of the box. For example say you had a project and you need to build a model of a building that had different levels. Thinking out side of the box would be taking the model and making it have towers or cylinders , and even taking it to the next level by adding angels and colors.

I'm not a fan of the cold. I hate the sound of the car scraper against the windshield. I heard the blowing sound of heat against my feet. I don't like to be cold, but I love the snow. Just cold weather is not okay with me, but if its snowing I'm happy. I like how you can see your breathe i the air when it's chilly. Also, when it get cold my dad lights a fire. I love to sit by the fire wrapped in a blanket and drink hot chocolate. Its my favorite thing to do in the winter. Also, when snow stars falling I know that I can start skiing, I love to ski. I've ben skiing since I was six, and we go every year. I'm not a fan of the cold, but i love when it snows.

Foggy Morning

I was sitting in y kitchen looking out of the window, and i thought it was snowing and I was so excited. Then I walked out side and it as nothing but fog. As my sister walked in front of me she began to disappear which was kind of cool. I like the way fog works, it can hide almost anything. When I was on the bus next ot the middle school I couldn't see the lower track, and my friend and I were talking about how cool it would look if someone appeared out of the fog. I like how fog plays with your eyes, even though sometimes it can be dangerous. I think that fog can be creepy sometimes too. It reminds me that Halloween is coming up!!

Favorite Restaurant

I'm not sure if I have an all time favorite restaurant, but if i had it would be the Melting Pot. The theme is fondue, you cook everything yourself in a fondue pot. The dishes are highlighted by the way they are prepared. They would name all the different fondues you could use, then they name the different food you get to cook with that. You get to "mix and match" the different food and fondue. They describe the fondue, not the food.

Weekend Off!!!!

I'm so exited for the four day weekend. I needed a rest form school and time to hang out with friends. This weekend is exciting because I have a soccer tournament, and saturday night my team and I are going to Dorney Park!!!. This weekend is going to be fun, and I need this four day weekend to clear my mind of school.
